Auditions have officially opened for the IBFM's Summer Intensive!

The International Ballet Festival will conduct in person Summer Intensive auditions throughout several locations around the world, including the U.S., starting January, 2024. Please click here or scroll down to see where.

Students ages 12 - 17, who dance at an intermediate to advanced level, and have a visa (where applicable) are eligible to audition.

​

Audition fee: $25 USD (Payable through audition form)

​

Walk-ins are welcome and must fill out the audition form below with payment.

You will be emailed shortly after your audition so you can submit your variations and photos.

Local Auditions:

For people local to Miami, or within the surrounding areas, you may audition at our headquarters at the

Miami Hispanic Cultural Arts Center

*Please note for this audition you will be following along with the Cuban Classical Ballet of Miami's morning company class.

Online Auditions:

If you are unable to attend an in person or local audition, you may still do so by filling out the form below, selecting the "online audition" option, and sending the appropriate video to Intensive@InternationalBalletFestival.Org Please follow our online audition guide here. Please Note:

Everyone must submit a classical AND contemporary variation - videos should not exceed 3 minutes

When submitting the video you must also submit your photo in first arabesque and tendu a la seconde

Please make sure the subject in your email includes your name, city where you'll audition, and place audition will be held

Emails, with correct information, must be sent to Intensive@InternationalBalletFestival.Org

For the most up-to-date information on the status of our auditions, please check your email frequently. If adverse weather or airline issues make it necessary for us to delay or cancel an audition, an update will be emailed immediately

Acceptance letters to the Summer Intensive will be sent 3 - 4 weeks after your audition date. Keep a close eye on your email.
